Yoga and Meditation floats are an excellent option if you wish to have a relaxing adventure on the Kaw. These floats are much shorter and focus on the yoga and mediation practice. We paddle the river, stop on a sandbar and have certified instructors lead you in a combined yoga and mediation class.
This is a 2 hour class that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and connected to nature. Enjoy this unique mini-retreat on the relaxing Kansas River.
Yoga – we’ll start with a yoga class led by a YRT200 certified yoga instructor. Bring your own mat if you like or one will be provided. A towel if you require one and plenty of water.
Meditation – following the yoga, you will be led into a soothing meditation on the sandbar led by a Holy Fire Reiki Level II certified hypno therapist instructor. You can check in and find your center.
